Return period

We offer a 14-day return window for non-personalized items, in line with the EU right of withdrawal set out below.

Eligible returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Item must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and resellable. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Email us first: support@drivninspired.com with your order number, the reason for return, and (for defects/damage) clear photos.

Wait for approval (RMA): We’ll confirm eligibility and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Unannounced returns are not accepted.

Pack & label: Use the original packaging where possible. Put the RMA and order number inside the parcel and write them on the outside.

Customs note (if applicable): For returns that cross a customs border, mark the parcel “Returned goods – no commercial value”. On CN22/CN23, select “Return of goods” and reference your order number + RMA.

Shipping method & costs: Send with tracking. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We cannot accept COD / fees-due parcels.

Do not return defective/incorrect items unless asked: For quality issues we usually resolve via replacement or refund based on photos.

Return shipping costs

You pay the direct cost of return shipping. On request, we can provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund.

Damages & issues

Check your order on delivery and contact us immediately with photos if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom/personalized products (e.g., personalized posters) – not returnable once production starts.

Gift cards and sale items – not returnable.

Note: Non-personalized, made-to-order posters can be returned if they meet the conditions above.

Exchanges

Fastest way: return the item (per the rules above) and place a new order.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If delivered within the EU/EEA/UK, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons.

The period starts on the day you receive the goods (for split deliveries: when you receive the last item).

Send a clear statement to support@drivninspired.com.

We reimburse all payments for the goods, including the cost of standard delivery (if charged) within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of return.

You must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal and bear the direct return costs.

Diminished value may be charged if the goods are handled beyond what is necessary to assess them.

No withdrawal for custom/personalized goods once production has started.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the return.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Bank/card processing times vary; if 15 business days pass after approval without credit, contact support@drivninspired.com.
