Shipping costs
Free worldwide shipping. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable/refused and you request a refund, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost and any carrier return fees.
Processing time
Orders ship in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excl. public holidays). Pre-orders/made-to-order may need more time (see product page).
Methods & delivery times
Estimated delivery dates appear at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, customs, weather, or force-majeure delays may occur.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (updates can take 24–48h after handover). Didn’t get it? Email support@drivninspired.com with your order number.
Local production (Gelato)
Where possible, items are produced and shipped locally in the destination country (faster delivery, fewer duties). If not available, duties/taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Partial shipments
Multi-item orders may ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking links.
Address accuracy & changes
Provide a complete, accurate address (incl. apartment/suite). We’re not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect/incomplete addresses; re-shipping may incur charges. Address changes are possible only before shipment—contact support@drivninspired.com immediately.
Undeliverable / refused packages
If returned to us, we can re-ship (new shipping cost applies) or refund the product price once received back in good condition, minus any actual outbound shipping cost and carrier return fees (see “Shipping costs”).
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
Inspect on delivery and contact support@drivninspired.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.
Customs, duties & taxes
International shipments may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, payable by the customer. Declared values reflect the order total as required by law.
Pre-orders & made-to-order
Estimated ship dates are shown on product pages/confirmation. Orders may ship when all items are ready; partial shipments are possible.
