1) Overview & Acceptance
In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Drivn & Inspired – Jordan Rettschlag. We operate this store and website, including related content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy ([link]) and Refund/Returns Policy ([link]). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2) Access & Account
You confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live. If you allow a minor to use the Services on your device, you are responsible for that use. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3) Products & Content
We try to display products accurately; colors/appearance may vary by device. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue items.
4) Orders & Contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we send an order/dispatch confirmation. We must receive valid payment authorization before acceptance. Please review your order carefully; cancellation may be impossible after acceptance. Your purchases are subject to our Refund/Returns Policy ([link]).
5) Prices, Taxes & Billing
Prices can change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping/handling and any customs/import charges. Where required, consumer prices are shown including VAT; the applicable amount appears at checkout/invoices. You must use an authorized payment method and pay all charges due.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law.
7) Custom/Personalized Items
Items made to order or personalized (e.g., print-on-demand) may have special production times and can be ineligible for withdrawal/returns where permitted by law (see Refund/Returns Policy).
8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Services is owned by or licensed to Drivn & Inspired and protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights are granted except as needed to use the Services.
9) Third-Party Tools & Links
You may access third-party tools/features as is and as available at your own risk and under third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or transactions—review their terms and privacy policies.
10) Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, but purchases are with Drivn & Inspired. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. You release Shopify from claims arising from such transactions.
11) Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy ([link]) and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be processed by Shopify and certain providers (including cross-border) to operate and improve the Services.
12) Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only lawfully. You must not infringe IP, abuse others, spread malware, scrape, spam, bypass security, or otherwise interfere with the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
13) Warranties & Liability
Except as required by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement) to the maximum extent permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted, Drivn & Inspired (and our providers) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or revenue. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Drivn & Inspired (and our affiliates/providers) from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
16) Governing Law & Consumer Rights
For EEA/UK consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply, and disputes may be brought in your local courts.
For others, these Terms are governed by German law, and the courts of Kaiserslautern, Germany have jurisdiction where permitted.
